"Worst experience in my travels! Arrived late at darkened building with no signage of place at entrance. "Cleanliness is big for me. The sheets had stains on them and the pillows. There was no blanket on the bed and I found it in the closet all balled up. The walls have marks and tons of scratches and needs some fresh point. I just didn’t feel it was clean at all. Great location. Close to train and subway and walk to duomo everyday was always easy. Front desk staff was nice and helpful. They were supposed to send me my codes ahead of time and they didn’t. "

"Had a good stay! Everything was clean. However, the door to the apartment was a bit challenging, it would get stuck often and was difficult to open at times. The biggest advantage was the proximity to the central train station. So it was easier to go on day trips from Milan! Overall, it was a pleasant stay, would recommend! "

The apartment is conveniently located: -only 3 Metro stops away from Duomo (2.20 euros per trip) -Across from a Carrefour express -Near coffee and focaccia places. -1 minute walk to Metro and Train station The apartment was clean, fully equipped and spacious. "The service was terrible: no hot water, not sufficient sheets for the number of beds…construction workers showing up at 8:00 am to work in the unit…of course, because there were broken things in the washroom and even holes in the walls…and the check-in process was a nightmare ( multiple calls and messages without response…). When we booked this place we assumed it was a hotel, it is not. We have been staying in hotels in several italian cities and this place was the worst by far."
