"For two the room was a good size, the shower was spacious and the beds were comfortable. Staff were all really friendly. The continental breakfast was lovely, a good selection of pastries, meats, cheese and cereals. The coffee was decent too. Disappointed on our last morning we were told breakfast opens at 06:15, we waiting to 06:30 and still not open and unfortunately we had to leave for our flight. "Excellent location, spacious, clean room with a country feel. I loved the all-around heating stove and the beautiful heating stove from 1773 just took us back in time. If I stay in Gruyeres again I would choose this place again, for the above reasons. "
