The continental breakfast was lovely, a good selection of pastries, meats, cheese and cereals. The coffee was decent too. Disappointed on our last morning we were told breakfast opens at 06:15, we waiting to 06:30 and still not open and unfortunately we had to leave for our flight. "The motel is virtually connected to the train station making it very convenient. All facilities are modern, in good condition, and very clean. There are quite a few restaurants and other services within easy walking distance. We are thinking of extending our stay for two more nights because of the central location in western Switzerland. "Excellent location, spacious, clean room with a country feel. I loved the all-around heating stove and the beautiful heating stove from 1773 just took us back in time. If I stay in Gruyeres again I would choose this place again, for the above reasons. "
