"The hotel is perfectly placed for exploring Bergamo and has a lot of cafes.and bars near by. But the fsct that you have no receptionist, except on the phone, means if you have any problems or issues you can't get them sorted. Check in is do e through an email link and yiu then get codes.to access both the main entrance and your room, I personally wiuld classmit more.as an Air B&B than a hotel.
