"I'd give 4.5 stars if I could. The room was beautiful and the bed was comfortable. The room was also spacious. I was disappointed in the bathroom though. It was a little tight on space and the amenities seemed dated. It didn't fit with the rest of the room. It was still very clean though. Overall we had a great stay and would come again. "

"The staff didn’t provide towels to us daily. They never came to pick the dirty towels. The bathroom drain wasn’t working so the tub filled with water when showering. There was only one garbage can in the room, which was very small. Most of the staff were nice but one woman at the desk was very nasty when we asked for another blanket. The breakfast had variety but the woman watched me and my family the whole time we were getting food. The omelets were so hard, they couldn’t be eaten. "

"This is the 2nd time we stayed at this property. The rooms are large, easy to get around from this location. The pool and hot tub are a nice addition to the stay here. The staff are always courtesy and pleasant. Dusquesne university is very close to this location. "
