"The only reason for not giving the 5 start is because of parking, the hotel is awesome and is in the best posible location, a lot to do and see around walking distance but theres no parking in the hotel, you need to drive couple of blocks to an underground parking and it is a lil bit of a mission. If you are not renting a car perfect but if you are renting a car is going to be challenging to park even driving around palma is crazy. Other than that the staff and hotel are awesome!"

"The best check in - ever! We got to the hotel early (10:30 am) and our room was ready. They let us check in and while they took the bags up to the room, gave us a champagne welcome drink. "The trip was a birthday surprise for myself and the hotel couldn’t do enough. Unfortunately we couldn’t get into the hotel restaurant on the Friday night and the attempted to set us up in the bar which really wasn’t the correct ambiance, but they quickly rectified it by arranging a lovely restaurant close by and gave us a couple of free drinks.
