"Lovely and peaceful. Nice rooms around a large pool which was heated in the winter. Beds are comfortable and bathrooms are lovely. Breakfast was ok, plenty of choice but can be busy. All staff were friendly and the entertainment (activities during the day and poolside and evening entertainers) were great. The only downside is the location, it’s a long walk to anywhere else or a taxi and the footpaths locally are terrible. "

When reserving it's worth bearing in mind that the hotel is quite far from anything else - if you don't have a car then taxis (which are widely available and cheap) will be needed to get to almost anything, including to get to the beach. "Overall quality of the room was awful. Some of the plugs didn’t work. There were bugs and insects constantly crawling around, ants, spiders, mosquitoes and other insects! Some had been squashed against the walls and ceilings by previous occupants and you could see the marks of dead squashed insects on the paintwork. Corners of the walls were crumbling, shower was AWFUL, worst I’d ever had in hotel. Shower head was disgusting and hot water ran out in 8 minutes. Water leaked everywhere from the...

"Although it appears that this property is next to the beach and dunes, you don’t actually have access to either from the resort. There is no nightlife near the resort either. The resort istelf is nice and well appointed. "
