Jose and Tiago helped me with directions and how to use the transportation system and places to eat etc. I think the mattress is the thing they need to improve. The primary reason for a hotel is to sleep and the mattress is worn out. Time to replace it. "

When we arrived, dirty dishes with food on them were still left in the dish washer. There were stains on the couch and hair on the ground (floor was like white so it was more noticeable.) "Lovely small hotel located up four flights of stairs but once you're there - it's great. Simple facilities - it's cosy but tasteful. Excellent breakfast available in a beautiful room. One-minute walk to the beautiful Estrella park which is an oasis in the city. Helpful staff. "
