"Rating is defo off. The place is clean, cheap and safe etc. The owner/manager is never, never, there. No-one is there actually, but son kids of the family. It's completely a soul-less place. "Such a great stay. Linh from the reception was there for us literally from our arrival until departure. Such a great level of service. We traveled with our two kids 12&14. The pool is nice and clean, the rooms are spacious and clean. We enjoyed much the extra service of the free bikes, even the day of check out after check out. Distance to city is also walkable, location is quite with several food options around. "

"This is the third time we have stayed here and as ever was an enjoyable stay with very friendly staff. Perfectly placed halfway between the town and the beach overlooking a river meaning quieter at night although a cheap taxi ride or long walk to the old town. Several local restauraunts are nearby to eat in the evening if you want to avoid the busy old town."

"Had a few teething problems on arrival (kettle and hot water not working), but these were soon sorted out. Nice to stay in a family run hotel and we were made very welcome by the family and staff.
