"Our stay at the Palm Garden Resort & Spa was wonderful. All the staff and Mr Thi were very helpful and welcoming. The spa services had jacuzzi were definitely 5 stars. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and included toiletries. Also appreciated the hotel shuttle to Old Town in the day. I’m the evenings the grab taxi booked on our phones was relatively inexpensive. Would definitely recommend the Palm Garden Resort to anyone visiting Hoi An as it’s a perfect base. Thank you! "

"It is like a paradise! I had the most amazing time. Love the rustic nomadic style of the room. This space is large and you have a lot of patio place. Gorgeous environment with many plants, you feel like in the jungle. They make your breakfast by order and serving at your patio. Such a relaxing place and only 40 steps away from the beach. "Great pool, great breakfast, lovely staff, spacious room, quality gym. We only stayed there one day after a few days near Old Town, and although we had some rain the walk up to An Bang beach along the sand was nice (approx 3km). We also walked to dinner at a local restaurant called Mate's restaurant, which I also recommend for a quality fresh meal. "

"Older hotel for sure. The staff was very nice and accommodating. We had issues with our bathroom and safe but that was easily and quickly fixed. Staff checked on us every day to make sure we did not need anything and provided us with suggestions for our vacations. "
