"Great to be by the beach and easy to get into town every day/evening. Staff all very helpful. Had a fantastic ocean suite - very spacious and right next to the beach with beautiful views. It has a lovely colonial feel, but could maybe do with a bit of a refurb. Pool doesn’t really have enough loungers but we were out most of the time, but the beach has loungers too, where there were not many people which was great. Would definitely stay again. "

"Palm gardens was an excellent base for us whilst visiting friends in danang and hoi an. Using grabs was a convenient and cheap way to get around. Service was awesome, the room was clean and comfortable tho in need of a renovation. Facilities were good and drinks and food great. Mr Long the lifeguard was a funny guy who kept us laughing. Would definitely recommend. "

"The staff are warm, accommodating, helpful and friendly. The hotel is decent enough, but it is a very busy place and that high traffic has led to wear and tear visible around the building and rooms. Nothing a makeover wouldn't fix. Our family was comfortable there nonetheless and we're grateful to the lovely people working there for going above and beyond for us during our stay"

"Absolutely excellent hotel, brilliantly helpful & friendly staff, restaurant very good, certain breakfast items could be served warmer such as sausages, bacon beans, this was mentioned however it seems that my suggestion was sidelined. Other than this minor issue all else in the dining area was great. Some mould obvious in shower cubicle which we endeavoured to ignore. Again worth mentioning however would certainly not discourage visiting again and for sure recommend to friends and family. Other...

"The hotel is located in a quiet area, just some meters from the beach and some meters from a road where we can find many restaurants and shops. Big rooms well arranged. Staff of hotel adorable! They lend you bikes for free or a motorbike for a very reasonable price: ideal to go to Hoi An old town, just a few km away."
