"This is a very convenient and economical place to stay, good location. The checkin process is easy. Plenty of towels and kitchen amenities. We stayed when there was low occupancy, otherwise it could get a bit tight in small spaces, but good value if you want to economize in Milan. "

"The manager was very patient and helpful. The property was exactly as described, perfect for solo travellers or couples. Location is very close to the tram line which takes you to any part of the city. Shops and pharmacies are at your door step also which came in handy towards the end of my stay. Overall you cannot go wrong here and I’d be more than happy to return again in the future. "

"The apartment was very clean , spacious and tidy, fit for a family. No parking near the hotel, the only place to park is about 7 min walk from the place and we had to do several rounds with the car to find a suitable spot."

"Not easy to find the room.And the room is at beloved."

"Close to public transport and plenty of eating places nearby. Room was nice. There is a communal kitchen shared by the three guest rooms which has free tea, coffee and snacks available. You can hear people if they are in this area but it was nice and quite when we were there. I would stay here again. "

"Francesco is an amazing host. Kind and willing to help always. The room I was had broken lock but otherwise I felt well in the villa. The villa has amazing view to the Città Alta and the mountains behind them, which unfortunately might soon be hidden as there is a construction just next to the villa. Luckily it’s still there, so go drink some wine on the roof and enjoy the views. "

"L accès au logement par l application très pratique, nous avions 1 hébergement avec 2 chambres très propre, chaque chambre avec clim, et coin café, thé, collation, serviette, shampooing. P'tit dej salé sucré copieux a volonté, l hôtesse très sympathique, agréable, qui nous a gâté à notre départ (eau, fruit,gâteaux) Très bonne adresse, nous recommandons 👍😀"

"I was surprised to see that it was a shared kitchen with one other guest. The bed wasn't comfortable, old mattresses. The place was clean, not quiet due to children playing all day outside. The owner also texted me that I had to check in by 19:30 which made it very difficult, but he eventually agreed to meet me at 20:00. Also, the owner insisted on taking a picture of my passport. This I found to be odd and suspect. Be careful."

"Great place to stay, lovely large rooms in a beautiful setting and a great small town location to get a true feel for Italian life. Some good restaurants nearby."

"Voyage en solo. Quartier très agréable avec grands magasins (h et M, victoria secrets, guess), métro tram juste à côté pour duomo et centrale FS ou garibaldi vraiment top, mini restaurants et commerces à proximité, logement à l’intérieur d’une résidence sécurisé caméra. Chambre très propre et confortable, salle de bain très très bien. Seul petit défaut un peu de bruit (rue voisins) mais c’est supportable. "

"We (4 adults) stayed in the penthouse suite. I was expected a hotel room, but it was a full apartment, with a terrace! Spacious, comfortable, in a good location, we will book here again. Only criticism: there’s something mechanical that squeaks about every two minutes, constantly. Would be a problem for light sleepers."
