"As with other reviews the hotel can be difficult to locate as it is off the main road. Initially on entering the hotel I was taken aback by the small size of the reception area. The reception manager was very polite and helpful. Our room was comfortable, large and clean with apartment style facilities. "My expectations were set by the description and images which show a terrace and describe multiple rooms. That describes a hotel to me, but what you actually get is a room elsewhere in the town down an alleyway. It was fine, but not what i thought i booked. I never saw the terrace (a big part of the reason i booked) and am not sure it's even there, and nearly didn't find the location for check in as its up a hidden alley off the main street with no clear signage. "This hotel is very new and clean comparing to other hotels I have stayed at Milan. It’s 15 minutes walk to city center, if you can’t catch a cab you can just walk back from the city center. I enjoyed my stay during my trip of Milan marathon. If you prefer a newer build hotel with great and easy breakfast offered, this is a great choice!"
