"Staff all lovely and friendly, hotel room was a bit run down, damage to carpet and bathroom ceiling, bed wasn’t the most comfortable and the kettle wasn’t working. Breakfast was delicious, and check in and check out process was simple and fast."

"We really enjoyed our stay here. The staff were very welcoming and even had a little treat bag ready for us and our dog! The hotel was easy to get around and the on site gym & pool were great. (They also provide towels for you at the gym). We ate at the restaurant both nights and the food was delicious!"

"The hotel is minutes walking distance from the train station and the view down is idyllic itself looking towards the water. The check in was easy and the staff were very friendly and helpful asked us if we would like to book our meal in the restaurant and although we were also told when breakfast was, I liked that everything you’d need to know was also on the key ring to your room. The room was spacious, the view was amazing from either windows and the shower was exceptional. The bed was so comfy and the coffee machine is a nice touch. I also love that the shampoo, conditioner and soaps are all scottish made and all natural. The extras of the dental kit (toothbrush and toothpaste) and shaving kit(shaving gel and razor) was a nice suprise. The breakfast was excellent, there was a lot of great choices available and the fruit tasted fresh. The bar area is also a nice place to have drinks or something to eat as it’s relaxing and full of character and charm. "
