"Stayed for 2 nights. Had a lovely stay. Callum checked when we would arrive and greeted us at the door. Had a nice breakfast, which you pick the time and food you would like the night before. Loved the size and decor of the room. The toiletries in the bathroom were lovely. There is some noise from the main road however "

"We loved the Riverside room. Beautiful view of the river. The room was very clean and comfortable. We slept in so we didn’t get a chance to have the breakfast, but it looked like it was going to be amazing. The host are incredibly friendly and accommodating. They even gave us some extra cookies that Brian had made.! "

"Lovely cosy village pub. Nice if small bedroom but with en-suite. Very clean, good evening meal (for guests only) and good breakfast. Friendly owners Mark and Audrey are moving but the pub is staying open with new people."

"We cycled there. The owner is very accommodating and stored our bike securely. The breakfast is delicous! "

"I went at the end of season but car park with the hostel was available and easy access. Room was en-suite which I wasn't expecting for a hostel but made the stay so much easier and hospitable. a large group staying there at same time but no noise from them, made an enjoyable stay"

"We loved Highland Guest House. It's in a perfect location in a great little tow. Our hosts were wonderful, friendly and helpful. The room was beautiful, the breakfast was fantastic, and another guest lounge had supplies of tea, coffee and fruit available during the day. We found many wonderful walks in the area, great meals in the nearby pub and lots of interesting shops in town. This guest house was also the best value accommodation we found on our holiday in the UK."

"Tryed to contact someone was not aware of were key would be . House lovely. Duvets covers not put on properly. Few little things.needed tlc as in a good dusting. Like i say house its self was very nice."

"Friendly, helpful and attentive hosts. Food wonderful. Paid extra for dinner which was well worth it. Room comfortable. Parking can be an issue but public parking available nearby. Will definitely visit again, particularly for the food!! Many thanks."

"Have visited here several times & have already booked again for later this year. Cant rate it highly enough. Everything u need for a short stay or a longer holiday.Great value for money, in perfect central location but is a quiet, peaceful place. Lots of great walks, places to visit & lots of friendly pubs & cafes. Lots more to do within a short drive or local bus service."

"Lovely house and gardens, plenty of room for a family get together. It was nice that each bedroom had access to an ensuite or bathroom. The pool table was a great addition and kept both big kids and little kids entertained. We had snow while we were there and having the log burner and extra radiators to hand was great for keeping warm. Communication with host was great."

"The property was in a lovely location and handy for local amenities! Very quiet and lovely to sit outside and listen to the bagpipes on a morning! The only down side was the drive down to the property and the potholes if they were filled in it would have been a much easier drive in and out. "
