"I traveled with my sisters and brother-in-law. All of us are seniors (over 62). The house was clean, spacious and had a nice back patio and yard. Location was good if you like privacy and quiet. Like living in the forest away from town, yet just a short drive to downtown. We loved it. I would go back. "

"We loved staying at this property. Very clean, well stocked and very conveniently located in downtown Shasta. The room towards the front of the property with all the bunk beds, was quite noisy at night (vehicles passing through the main road, sound of the train horn etc). If you are a light sleeper like me that is not an ideal room to sleep in. A few easily fixable inconveniences - 1. There was no sugar in the kitchen (we did not pack basics like salt and sugar assuming the kitchen will have...

"My elderly Aunts and Uncles were here for a memorial service for my mother, their sister. They enjoyed their stay. We chose this place based on the location and size. They don’t go out so a kitchen was a must. A few issues with the shower faucet but they were able to use the one in the master bedroom. "

"The house is spacious, with four decks and lovely outdoor space. There is neighbors, you see as you pull in, but once at the property you feel miles away and secluded. I loved drinking my coffee watching the birds and rabbits in the meadow, and natural spring. While the linens and beds could use updating, the magical atmosphere helped me forget about all that. "
