"Very peaceful location on the Trinity river. The accommodation was very cozy and well suited for all ages including dog friendly. Outdoor BBQ, fire pit, and corn hole games were a plus. Would recommend this place and will likely return for my next fly fishing trip. "

"We loved the house. It was great except the previous guest must have had a dog and the house smelled like a dog. I had to use air freshener and open all the windows. There was no dog hair but the smell was overwhelming and powerful. After 24 hours with the windows open the smell dissipated but it was rough the first night. "

"This was the perfect setting for our family Christmas. Going above and beyond, our hosts set up a Christmas tree and even had a sweet gift under the tree when we arrived.
