"We had a great overnight at Shasta Inn. I called after booking to make sure we had a 1st floor room and to see what time the office closed in case we arrived late. The employee was very nice and followed up with me once my reservation showed up in my system. He even called to see if we would make it on time or if he could set us up with a package with our keys at the door. I felt very well taken care of, like he went the extra mile. Our stay was nice and cozy. Plenty of room in our room for three adults and a child and all our stuff. We appreciated the coffee and snack bags in the morning. I would be happy to stay here next time we're in town and hopefully for a longer stay. "

"Klamath Motor Lodge never fails to deliver a reliably clean and comfortable stay. Unfortunately, when I initially checked in, the room I was allocated was between two rooms occupied by Drunken Contractors, and the noise was unacceptable. I addressed this with the front desk and they changed my room to the opposite side of the motel, which was much quieter. Later, I saw another guest leave because of the noise, and the Desk Clerk then dealt with the noise issue. It would have been better if the front desk had quietened them down more proactively."

"I got stuck in the weather and they had a room available. Quick stay, comfortable bed and pillows. Breakfast was just cereal toast and yogurt but good enough. Very nice staff. "
