"We enjoyed our stay in this place. It was clean, quiet and comfortable. Location is convenient and staff are friendly. Pool was under renovation during our stay but we were notified ahead of our trip by the manager. Will come back again. There is a big pet store right next to the hotel which I like. "

"The Best Western was awesome. Had a toilet leak which I'm sure was fixed today. Everything else was perfect!!"

"Everything was great, as expected for its price range. Maintenance could be improved to increase aesthetics, such as rusty door hinges, clogged sink drain, stainy hallway carpets. Breakfast was great, except cream cheese was not offered for bread toasts. Our room was facing the highway, zero noise. Beds are great! Overall excellent stay! Would stay again :)"

"Very lovely room, King Suite room and kitchen had plenty of space to feel like a comfy getaway. Hess Village and Art Gallery very close. First Ontario Centre and also a comedy club were options to check out. Breakfast was delicious, lots of comfortable seating available. The only thing I would mention for the people who are light sleepers, it is technically a downtown area so you do hear traffic noise throughout the night. I’m a deep sleeper so it didn’t bother me. "
