"La experiencia ha sido terrible, me confirmaron mi reserva y me hicieron el cobro y antes de llegar me dijeron que no tenía ninguna reserva, que el hotel estaba totalmente lleno, fue una cosa terrible porque luego de un mes no me han devuelto mi dinero, No recomiendo este lugar para nada."

"What a great stay. I went with 3 friends and we had a fantastic time. The location is the best ever. We walked to the Cocal Casino in about 5 minutes and the Orange Pub in about 4 minutes. The beach was even a closer walk. Great rooms - good a/c - hot water - safes in our room - mini-fridges - and more. Maurcio the manager was awesome and helped us with tours and airport transfers. The best part is that it is close to the party but far enough away so you don't hear all the noise. Enjoyed...

"Beautiful outdoor setting at the top of the hill, with beautiful blue pool and string lights. Great views of the surrounding area and nature. The cottages are clean and well done. Surrounded by nature. Good restaurant. We had pesto pasta with shrimps, and garlic shrimp. Strawberry daiquiri was also great. The bike park and high end bike rentals sound awesome. "Overall this property is family friendly and nice. Walkable from most party areas in Jaco. The only issue I had with is the maintenance. The bubblers in plunge were not working and hit water wasn’t working in couple of bathrooms. Even after multiple reminders and requests the property management failed to fix that. "

"We had a great stay! The hotel is a little oasis in a residential community about 10 minutes outside of Jaco. It’s surrounded by nature and we saw geckos, iguanas and colourful birds every day! We enjoyed a complementary bottle of wine on arrival, bicycles, laundry and food delivery services while we were there. I also had a lymphatic massage at the spa which was wonderful! Our room, although a bit dated, was clean, spacious and well set up for my husband and me and our teenaged son. Best of all were the staff who went out of their way to make us feel welcome and to ensure that we had everything we needed. "
