"From the second we were dropped off by our shuttle, we were greeted by Sharon & Eric and given a tour of the property and the keys to our villa. Sharon & Eric are so inviting and go above and beyond making you feel extremely welcomed. The villas are beautiful and very well appointed. "Elegant design and tasteful decoration with open air restaurant and quick walk to the beach. Staff was always busy cleaning walkways. Room was poorly designed with clothes hangar over the bar area and nothing in the slot that looks like a closet. The door was made for ADA, but had to be unlatched from the floor and tri-folded to open it. Otherwise only about 20" wide. There were notices that read "anything you need..just ask". But the few things I asked for weren't available."

"Beautifully decorated rooms and bathrooms made use of natural materials and modern fixtures. We could hear monkeys in the morning from the balcony! Dining area overlooking the lovely pool was picturesque. Breakfast was excellent. The staff went all out to accommodate us. Josue at the front desk helped us when our Waze let us down and was there to welcome us with coconuts! I wish I could remember more names because the entire staff was top notch. "

In our room there was a shrieking noise which we assume was from the water system - it seemed to be connected to the toilet which sometimes did not flush well. "The room was great, the breakfast was great, the massage was one of the best my wife has ever had, and the location was perfect. But what really made it special were the hosts. They were welcoming and caring, and were there every morning to see how we were doing and to give recommendations on what to do or where to go.
