Find Hotel with a Concierge in Cagliari

"On our arrival we were walked to a different hotel in the middle of Cagliari, it was not explained to us at all but it became clear that they had over booked. We then stayed in a small, dark room for two nights while they got our actual room ready. This wasn't so much the issue, as the staff just totally ignoring the issue rather than addressing it... Not great. "

"I got the Junior suite room for my 4 day stay. The room was very big and spacious. It had a nice TV, sofa, working table and chairs, a Jacuzzi. The room amenities and the breakfast was also good. However, being a 4 star hotel I would expect more. For example, the wifi signal was extremely poor and not coming from the bed. The room was very dusty. Especially curtains, sofa, the table tops seems to be very dusty. There were stain marks on the lamp shades. Some of the lights were not working. The...

"Amazing location, friendly staff, just the pillow not so soft, you need to pay 10eur if yiu wish to stay in sunbed during the day, but just amazing as there is a small beach right next to it, amazing view, there is also a park if you like hiking."
