"The staff were friendly and helpful and seemed ready to act quick on our report of the loose handrail in the bathroom (though no idea how quickly it was actioned as we were checking out that morning). The room was clean and the air conditioning/heating worked. The hotel doesn't have the best noise proofing, so you will hear traffic, ferry horns, etc. even on the upper floors but we were able to sleep okay.
