"The house was very clean. The lake views are amazing. The upstairs bedrooms are so beautiful. The only thing I could recommend is more exterior lighting (there was only one weak light outside the front door working) and maybe warn people that the entrance to the driveway is steep at the top and you cannot see it al all at night."

"My wife and I met my Mom, Sister, and Brother-in-law for Christmas. The house had a Christmas Tree which was a nice touch. It's close to everything in Grand Rivers. A few dining and shopping options. Not far from Paducah if you are looking for something bigger. Quiet place at the end of cul-de-sac."

Place was very welcoming and comfortable(bottled water, spices/salt pepper, snacks, 2 fridges, 2 ovens, all cookingware and grilling equipment). "Couldn’t want a better location and view. Dock area is great! House needs some touch up to get rid of some mold and mud dauber wasps around exterior doors. But layout of house was great. Kitchen was stocked and appliances were great. Plenty of towels and linens. Need replacement adirondack chairs and maybe a new remote (very temperamental) Had a great time overall!"

"This was a perfect place with everything we needed for our family of seven. The downstairs space was a great area to hang out and play games and relax. This is an old property that has been fixed up nicely, but definitely has signs of wear and tear just from being a vacation rental and an older property.
