"The location is great. Just steps to the marina, and downtown restaurants and shopping. Rooms are basic and inexpensive- and very clean! The person that checked me in was friendly and efficient. He very quickly moved me to a different room when the door lock on the first room wasn’t working properly. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. "

We had some travel delays getting to Cabo, and everyone was very helpful and accommodating to get us there. They were both very quick to respond and were so helpful with coordinating reservations, transportation, and anything else we needed. "This is an excellent location for Cabo San Lucas. The gated community is very safe and just a short distance down to the marina, restaurants/bars, fishing, etc.. There is also a great cafe across the street from the house. They serve breakfast and lunch from 7am - 3pm, closed Sundays.The house is very comfortable and is well equipped if you want to make meals yourself. Each bedroom has its own bathroom. The pool and jacuzzi overlook the Cabo bay. The entertainment system is also great. Download the Sonos app on your phone or tablet and you can stream music both inside and outside the home. The Tele is also nice to have. You may need to download and subscribe to a VPN service if you want to pick up a USA market stream. We steamed the Master's Golf tourney one day via our VPN. For large groups or multiple couples, this is an excellent place to stay."

"The property is great and is as described. An exception is the walk to downtown is steep and through some bad areas, not an easy walk. We had no issues with fees or fines which others mentioned. "
