"The hotel is surrounded by nature and the Japanese concept makes it interesting. The room was simple, and the building showed some lack of maintenance. Despite the Japanese environment providing a nice experience, the main restaurant only provides that type of food, which is very limited. Can you imagine a 5-night stay eating only one type of food?"

"Hood hotel conveniently placed in the major highway from Mexico City to Cuernavaca/Acapulco. Near two bug malls and many shops and restaurants, but given its location next to the highway it’s not walkable, you must drive to all these locations. The staff is very nice and the rooms clean, restaurant is good and opens untill late."

"El hotel es muy bonito, particularmente los jardines. El servicio fue bueno, la gente es muy amable. Nos dijeron que están en transición y que poco a poco irán mejorando las habitaciones. La nuestra no tenía aire acondicionado, muy necesario en época de calor, y solo tenía un equipal para sentarse aunque era habitación doble, eso se ve medio pobre. La zona no es muy bonita y no ofrece gran cosa para salir, sobretodo en la noche. El hotel es caro, quizá un poco alto para lo que ofrece."

"The room was clean and spacious with a beautiful balcony and view of the creek. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. "If you want a nice place, friendly staff, and overall comfort, then this is the place for you. All of the staff is extremely helpful and friendly especially for those who don’t speak Spanish. Oh and it’s also pet friendly so make sure you bring your 4 legged friends. "
