"The Hotel was not prepared to be open. A newly constructed hotel with not enough employees to perform the basic tasks in the Hotel. No room service for three days, no clean tows no even toilet paper in the bathroom. Expedia should be ashamed of having this hotel as option on its site. I paid a lot of money for it and only had problems during my stay there."

"The Hotel is in a very good and central location for the beach, shops and restaurants, however if you are there on business forget it as the internet access is terrible. It is a rural oasis in the city, which unfortunately means cockroaches and ants in the rooms. The rooms are "rustic" which means super basic and old fixtures and fittings. "

"Just perfect! The hotel is stunning with its natural, scandinavian-style look and feel. Peaceful despite being so close to all of the Buzios buzz. The decor is well-thought. Every single staff member is friendly and helpful. They really do care about making your stay comfortable and as enjoyable as possible. The hotel was very accomodating. Every little detail and attention from the welcome drink to the evening macaroons and goodbye gift was a lovely touch. Nothing to say on the cleanliness. Breakfast was unique and absolutely luscious. Everything is prepared there and then, high quality produce used and very natural. I recommend trying their cereal bar too. They were also very accomodating to my milk protein intolerances. The gym is a little dated but it is good enough for a short trip. Highly recommend this hotel!"
