The staff are super helpful and friendly, breakfast is very good, and we were welcomed with caipirinhas. The layout of the place is also very comfortable and cool. Falta mantenimiento a la habitaciones techo manchado con humedad había mal olor en algunos sectores de habitación muchos insectos y bichos lo que hacía poco agradable dormir. Habitación dice para 4 adultos pero 4ta cama es un diván y no tenía tapa adecuada, falta más preocupación por detalles. "

There was pretty much no room cleaning service, which I actually usually prefer, but in this case I would have preferred to have my waste can emptied daily since you weren't supposed to throw toilet paper down the toilet (this may be a Buzios-wide limitation). Location was good for me since I had a conference at the nearby conference center, but this place isn't close to the city...
