Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! "The hotel itself is a bit grubby and could be doing with an upgrade. But the room was clean and the bed was comfortable and there was plenty of space. A five minute walk from Bussy Saint Georges train station gets you to the hotel and it's a nice area, very residential so I felt safe walking at night. There was a problem with my key card every night I was there. The door system seemed to be broken and rather than give me a new card the guy on reception just used his emergency one, but even...

"I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay"
