"I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay"

This was asked because I knew we would arrive late so too late to try local facilities, our actual arrival was 9.10 pm... "Friendly staff.15 mins drive for Disneyland Paris. No wardrobe or any other cabinet.No fridge. For a family they should provide from the check in 2 access cards. Both lifts are requiring some maintenance."
