"I’m so glad I found this hotel! It was a perfect location for our first Olympic event. Seriously two minutes walking from RER. Our train from London was delayed and so we were 2 hours delayed from our expected time. The lady at reception was so kind! We called from the train station and she reassured us we would be fine! In the dark and rain getting off the train we couldn’t find our way and she offered to come get us! The breakfast buffet was amazing! All kinds of food! Fruit, bread,...

"Only stayed at the property for one night as a short sleep over post Disneyland before driving home the next morning. Overall the property felt safe and clean, all facilities you could need and staff very helpful. Everything we needed for the night, would definitely recommend."

"I emailed the property ahead od travelling to ask if we could check into our room early as i had been travelling from 3am with an 11 year old. They never acknowledged the email and when we got there they were adamant we couldnt have our room till 3pm. We fell asleep in the bar along with other travellers who were in the same situation. Nothing at the hotel to do but SOME of the staff were lovely but it only takes 1 person to put a dampner on the stay"

"Extremely disappointed... The night before arrival I called Hotels.com to 'specifically' ask if this facility had a restaurant & bar and I quote, "That would be open" - unquote... This was asked because I knew we would arrive late so too late to try local facilities, our actual arrival was 9.10 pm... Upon arrival, (when they 'eventually' opened the locked reception door as we stood outside in the poring rain), I was told the restaurant & bar are closed Friday to Monday...! There is...
