"Pros: Communication with the host was easy and efficient. Location was good. Nice to have 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The main living room/lounge was a really nice space. Well stocked kitchen, Cons: It was not very clean (eg clump of hair in the shower drain, all drains were slow to drain, a used towel was crumpled in an armoire, half full water bottle in the entryway) Unable to close and secure window in primary bedroom. "This apartment was bright and roomy. We had problems with washing machine (broken starter) and stove (no instructions) and no instructions for television plus remote missing. Leaving a typewritten list of instructions for everything on the table would have been helpful and ensuring that everything was in working order before our arrival - including t.v. service. It was clean, beds were comfortable, location was great and lots of space for two adults. Its a little tired, broken pieces on cabinets...

"Spacious, clean, and luxurious apartment right at the heart of London’s bustling West End. Steps from tube, theatres, tourist attractions, museums, Chinatown, etc. Highly recommend if you want to be in the heart of the action. "

"If I could rate our stay higher than five stars, I happily would. Marie was so easy to communicate with and very helpful about restaurants and other things. The flat itself was amazing. I think it was built around 1840 and still has some of the original marble floors and hardwood. Everything there, though, was totally modern. The kitchen was fully stocked with every kitchen, tool, and appliance you would ever need. It’s also in a very convenient location and in a very nice neighborhood. "

"We made a quick trip to introduce our daughter to London. The location is perfect. Close to most of the major tourist attractions: Big Ben, Parliament, the Abbey, the Eye and even Buckingham Palace. Plus many more. The place is clean and was roomy for 3. Living room couch is not comfortable and would be tight for 3 adults but perfect for parents and one kid. It is fairly loud inside the apt. Roof noise at night, sounded like pigeons having a rave that woke us up most nights. Not sure how else to...

"The property was advertised with internet, AC and more. The internet didn’t work, the AC was a portable unit that was incredibly loud which made sleeping impossible. We believe there was mold in the bathroom and lots of dust in the vent fan. We booked for 9 nights and stayed one the moved to a hotel."

"The apartment was very nice and very affordable for the night definitely recommend. I was only there for one night to see a music concert so didn’t use any of the amenities but they all looked in perfect condition as it’s a very well looked after place. "
