"Fantastic housekeeping staff "

"Great one night stay here for the grand theatre Wolverhampton. Only £6/7 in a taxi there. Couldn't really find a nice hotel in the town centre, so found this gem. It's kept it's old gothic style with all modern furnishings. Lovely dining room. My one and only complaint was the pillows were hard. But suited my friend that stayed with me, so just personal choice. Amazing staff. Nice walk down the lane to nice pub too. "

"We stayed here for my wife’s 55th birthday. My wife has mobility issues and the staff were very accommodating to her needs. As usual staff are very attentive, polite and friendly. Only issue is they have changed the evening menu and was not to our taste so dined out in the evening. Bar menu and breakfast excellent with lots of choice. Fantastic stay once again 😊"

"CURTAINS GOOD SO ROOM NICE AND DARK TO SLEEP. A BIT NOISY SUNDAY MORNING WITH THE ROAD SWEEPERS. LOVELY HOT WATER FOR BATH. NICE QUALITY TOILET PAPER. COMFORTABLE BED. WOULD DEFINITELY STAY AGAIN."

"Had an excellent stay. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room service was quick and convenient. The room was cleaned and the bed made whilst we were out. Overall a good hotel. The only thing which was slightly inconvenient is the parking charge which was not very well advertised prior to arrival. It would be good if that charge was built into the room cost for at least 1 vehicle as based on location - it is unlikely many guests would not be parking there."

"Very friendly and helpful staff greeted us on arrival. The food was fantastic and kids ate free! Breakfast had something for everyone and the swimming pool was a lovely bonus for the kids. Can for a child’s birthday weekend and we loved it. All round very clean and lovely view from room. Will definitely be returning. Thank you "
