"Lovely hotel, very clean and staff Lovely. Used the spa which was nice but noticed the ice room needs some TLC (Mosiac tiles everywhere) and the seating in one sauna was broke. "As soon as we stepped in to the property I was happy. The check in went very smoothly. Every member of staff we came across was friendly and helpful. Our room was small, but had everything we needed. I loved that we had bottled water, a choice of sparking or still.
