"Remote check-in was easy, but the automated text didn't include the property address, so I needed to look it up separately. The suite was perfect for our needs. Nothing fancy, but it had the essentials. It was clean and safe. The space was quite cool upon our arrival and took a long time to warm up after we found the thermostat. More side tables would be helpful, as would more towels/blankets. Thank you for having shampoo etc. stocked for us! The bathtub/shower enclosure is difficult to step...

Guests were outside chatting in the morning right outside my door, but I guess that can happen in a hotel too… very confusing front and back door entrances so the delivery people, Ubers and I kept crossing paths and not meeting up in the right spots. You’re in the middle of a neighborhood and a very busy street, so be ready to order food if you’re hungry. The train isn’t too far a walk. The host was very sweet."

"The hotel is very nice, with an excellent gym. There are, however, a couple of things we found disappointing: first, the bed was really uncomfortable—the worst we’ve encountered in years. Second, there wasn’t very good communication about items such as what was expected of us in terms cleaning (eg taking out recycling), or how things worked in the hotel (eg are towels provided at the pool-yes). On the plus side: it was really clean, has a great location, and was well appointed. "
