"This is a very comfortable space in a central location. There was a slight problem at check-in when the keyless entry batteries died, we could not access the suite and had to wait an hour for someone to come and change the batteries. A few items in the suite were not working well: the toilet ran water continuously, the carafe for the coffee maker was broken and unusable, the garburator did not work. Also, be forewarned that the neighbourhood is noisy with sirens all night and garbage trucks...

Area within 2 blocks towards Main St is unfortunately not so nice Many people living on the street Quite disturbing Once past this area, the walk is pleasant. "

"5 adults stayed here prior to leaving on a cruise to Alaska. The location was very conveniently located across from Rogers Arena and the Skyline train. Also close to Gastown & Canada Place. Easy & quick cab ride to Granville Island. The amenities were greatly appreciated as it was nice to be able to do laundry before the cruise. Balcony was enjoyable as well for 2 people to sit and enjoy the views. "

"Overall very nice place and we'd totally return and stay there again! Rooms are small, but fit our family of six comfortably. Large Asian supermarket downstairs very convenient. Walkable to downtown and Stanley Park. Owners very responsive to inquiries. There is traffic noise throughout the night and the shades are not very dark for the summer months."

"A lovely room but could be easily improved. It would be friendlier to have a phone conversation with the host. I would also suggest you test the electrical outlets and appliances. I found it impossible to boil water in the kettle despite rearranging plugs, cords etc. The weather was warm during our stay and the room became rather stuffy. More screens for windows and a fan would help in the absence of a/c. Finally, at the room rate, I would suggest high quality bath products, maybe local...

"The suite we stayed in was perfect for four. We had four key cards and around midnight of check in day two of the four cards stopped working. Front desk was amazing and reset them for us. Once we got back up to our floor, the other two cards stopped working and the new cards were the only ones that worked. Went to make coffee in the maker provided and found the grounds and filter from the pervious guests still in the filter basket of the machine. That was a bit gribbly. All in all, walkability...
