"It’s a functional one bedroom on a farm in a carved out area of a barn. The family who owns the farm are super nice people and their youngest daughter has the best smile. "If you want peace and quiet with nobody around, then this is the place for you. The facilities in the house are great, but the grounds are great, too. Both the front and the back offer privacy, with a fire ring out back. She took my calls and was beyond helpful and kind at a late hour. I felt safe and was pleased with the property overall. I’m not a fan of well water, however, that’s a petty thing to say after getting one heck of a deal. It was beautiful and i absolutely felt like I was on vacation (far from Ohio!) "
