My family has stayed here multiple times and this time we were a bit disappointed. The pool needed cleaned. the bottom was brown colored, the hot tub was broken and we asked for an extra blanket and was told the hotel only had 1 extra blanket and didn’t carry any extra pillows. Staff was wonderful as usual Like i said this was my first not so wonderful review out of my last 4 stays there

The room was very clean to even yo the commodes rim 💯 However, the housekeeping could have been better. Wasn't sure whether there was maid service after two days without cleaning the room. We had to asked the front desk about clean towels and service.
