The steps going into the house are very steep first step about 10 inches made it a bit difficult for me with a bad knee. The back porch sitting area had a couple chairs and a table but, the tree next to it was overgrown and un able to use. This was really awful for me, since they were already on their way. Yes it sleeps 4, but a queen bed and a queen pullout. As Seniors, this just doesn’t work. I feel I deserve a partial refund from Expedia."
