"The house was just what we needed for a short beach vacation, short drive to beach, medium drive to downtown but having the fenced back yard is a life saver when you have 3 dogs, it’s also nice that there wasn’t a 2 dog limit that so many other places have…we will for sure rent here again next time we are in Wilmington!! "

"The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon."

"Great location tucked away off the road, surrounded by trees and plantings yet steps to beach access either left or right down the sidewalk. Jeff was a great host providing everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Would def stay again (hopefully next time for more nights)! "
