The location is great right on the cape fear River looking right at the USA North Carolina battleship on one side and the historic Wilmington skyline on the other. Parking garage is a bit of a walk like a couple blocks but is free considering parking in the downtown is 8.00/hr this is well worth it. Beautiful views, felt very secure, and in walking distance from everything we needed. "

"The location was amazing. Walkable to everything in the historic district, and a fantastic balcony right on the river. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen well-appointed, and there were no chotchkes to gather dust and take up valuable space. "Exceeded our expectations: squeaky clean, light and airy, thoughtfully decorated, and phenomenal location as the beach is footsteps away and the view from the east balcony is spectacular, the west view balcony offers pretty sunsets over the harbor inlet. Everything we needed was there - definitely one of the best stocked VRBO’s - we were thankful the hosts provided beach chairs, towels, and an umbrella (and other beach toys). I highly recommend choosing Tide the Knot for your Topsail vacation! "
