"My husband and I stayed for the week of March 15th to March 22. We had such a relaxing week! Susan has decorated the home with such love and care. Beautiful artwork throughout the home. Location is spot on! Easy access to beach! Plenty of shells to collect, dolphins to see and lots of pelicans and seagulls! Larry was outstanding to communicate with. Very quick response and even checked in with us to make sure everything was to our satisfaction! The elevator was so wonderful to have. No wait...

"Close proximity to a great downtown. Walking and restaurants and the waterfront were all great. Three bedrooms with perfect sleeping arrangements. Comfortable sofa and a well equipped kitchen. Unfortunately the house was not well maintained or clean. Out of state owners should keep a better check on the housekeeping service. "

"Can’t think of one negative other than the outdoor shower not being turned on for the season. Other than that,the location is perfect and we can’t wait to come back next year!"

"Nice place to stay with good amenities. Only complaint I have is the rates for out of season are a little expensive. Reason I’m saying that is the place was empty. I think there may have been one other couple staying there the same time as we were. We did think it was really nice though. "

"Loved how close it was to the beach! Just a short walk to the public access to the beach. The water pressure was a lacking in both showers. Was lovely to sit out on the deck and have coffee in the morning and dinner and wine in the evening. Parking was very nice. There were a lot of flies everywhere st on point we made a game of how many we killed. Other than that we had a great time and even talked about booking it again next year!! Thank you!"

"The property manager was very responsive and kind. The beds were comfortable and the view from every floor in the house was stunning. The house was pet and kid friendly. The sunrises were absolutely stunning and there were so many stars due to limited light pollution. Definitely would recommend and will stay again one day soon."
