Our queen size bed was quite comfortable and we had our own bathroom which was not recently updated. This property is quite close to the rose bowl(15 min drive) Beautiful neighborhood but not walkable as there are not any sidewalks. The house is a historical house and decorated with antique furniture. "

"This is a special place to stay for a short visit in LA or for a vacation. All confort inside, and a "spoiling" confort outside, in the nicely arranged garden. Our stay was too short to get advantage of the garden but still spent some time outside. Milo, the host, was very helpful and gave us all assistance one might needs in a foreign town. "I had a very easy and lovely stay in this beautiful place! The setting is gorgeous--lots of beautiful trees and flowers. I especially loved hearing the birds sing every morning. There were lots of great amenities, like French pastries (!!) and an adorable sundeck. Check-in and check-out couldn't have been easier. I had everything I needed and then some. "I had wanted to explore the LA vicinity and this property was perfectly placed between malibu, santa monica, calabasas, and burbank, with a 40 minute commute to LA.That being said, the property itself is outlined by the topanga mountain ridge and the hot tub views are breathtaking at dusk, the trails are also so close and to die for!Also this place is very budget friendly for California, i saved over 1000!If anyone is curious this is a 420 friendly property and the vibes definitely soothe the...

"The location was great for what we needed; quiet safe neighborhood! The home is in the backyard of another home, so I thought it might be awkward but we didn’t see them at all so it was just fine. There is a nice BBQ grill if you enjoy cooking outdoors. There is not a hot tub; but the beach is about an hour away. "
