"We arrived on New Years Eve to find the large open area of the barn, warm and welcoming. Everything was exactly as expected, if not more. The accommodation has everything you would ever need to make your stay very pleasant. Sue was also very helpful with answers to my questions on the lead up, which also helped set our expectations. Overall a very chilled and relaxing stay away from the hustle and bustle of day to day life."

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that."

"The property is in an excellent position, close to shops, restaurants and the beach, there was parking outside. The bedding and bathrooms were clean however the carpets and upholstery was very stained/dirty. The fridge door was difficult to open as it has no handle, I realise it didn't quite fit into the space but even a stick on handle on the door would have helped. "This place exceeded my expectations! We had a group of 11 girls staying here and the house was beautiful, spacious and had everything you could ask for. Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "The holiday break was perfect for us as we were three separate households but one family. Luckily the weather was very good enabling walks from the accommodation and outside play on the lawn area. We made full use of the excellent on site farm shop and the swimming pool which was near by. Norwich is a very nice city to visit, and my wife and I called at Diss on our journey to the farm, again well worth a visit. This was a happy family time to celebrate our 50th wedding aniversary"
