Everything modern and in good order, effective heating and hot water. Close to lovely walks over coastal heathland and to the seal colony. Village has a good pub that does food and an excellent fish and chip shop."

"Beautiful views, but the cleanliness was poor, floors hadn’t been cleaned and were dirty, cupboards / fridge had finger prints all over , dishwasher absolutely stunk of fish … we had to put it on twice with nothing in just to get rid of the smell. Lovely sliding doors to lovely views, but actual balcony was full of cobwebs. Downstairs pictures were quite deceiving as bunk bed room was very small and no black out blinds anywhere . "The accommodation was very dog friendly, had easy access to beach and was very clean. Communication with the owner was easy and a welcome pack was much appreciated. Would definitely stay again."

"This house is so beautifully appointed and well designed! We stayed with a group of 7 women for a restful vacation and this house suited us so perfectly! The kitchen was well equipped for serving dinner outside in the garden. We enjoyed the surrounding countryside and took day trips to Southwold and Framlingham. Friday Street Market was wonderful for local and fresh food. Would definitely recommend this house to friends and would love to return someday! Thanks for a wonderful stay!!"
