"Perfect in every way, we really can’t fault the property at all. Beautiful high quality decor, fixtures and fittings. Wonderfully comfortable and homely. Really well equipped with everything needed. The thoughtful welcome hamper complete with home cooked cake and other lovely goodies was a lovely touch. Highly recommend this beautiful home for a peaceful and tranquil break. "Wonderful house with exceptional facilities located in a gorgeous setting - overlooking the park and a hop skip and a jump from all that Norwich has to offer and it is truly a gem of a city. Absolutely loved my visit and hosts were truly exceptional. Can’t recommend highly enough."

"Lovely property in an excellent location. It was a short walk into Norwich city centre. There is also a lovely cafe just up the road. The property had everything we need for our stay with our two dogs. Nice size rooms. The kitchen had more utensils than I was expecting. The owner was quick to reply to any queries."

"Manor Lodge provided us and our four legged friends with the perfect holiday house for our first visit to Suffolk. Walberswick is absolutely delightful and with an excellent deli and very useful Co-op within a very quick walk we wanted for nothing. The house was well equipped with generously sized rooms and the secure garden was perfect for our dogs. We very much hope to return!"

"We enjoyed our stay and the property was in a good location for us, a short walk from the beach and Bus stops so we didn't need to worry about finding parking. Our only problem was that the stairs are quite steep and, being retired and not in the best of health, my husband struggled with that."

Jonathan was a pleasure to communicate with and was able to answer questions I had, very promptly and with ease. "What a beautiful place to set up home for the week. As soon as we opened the door we could smell and see how clean and well looked after it was. The house itself has a great lay out, with lovely views at either end from the balconies. The location is perfect. We loved it very much and plan to return"

"We booked all of the cottages they were beautiful, very clean and amazing. The gardens were very secure so the small grandchildren where very safe which gave us peace of mind. The games room was good for all especially the Big Kids !! We will be going back and would recommend Fielding Cottages and the Goat Shed to all. Shop and cafe were also amazing"

"We were a little disappointed as we weren’t overlooking river which we obviously misread. The beds were excellent and we enjoyed the quietness of the place. Our dog loved the garden.
