"The hotel seens family run and the staff are super nice and responsive. The location is 5 minutes walk to the pamukkale back entrance and we left our rental car parked outside the hotel. The complimentary breakfast was a wonderful surprise! Free parking outside the hotel. Highly recommend! "

"We booked the hotel for it's thermal pool. We enjoyed the hot springs in the evening and also wanted to use the pool in the morning, but was told it opens at 10am! However, when we went out for breakfast, we found guests were in pool at 8am. Not sure why the staff told us the wrong time for pool hours. Anyway, we missed the chance to enjoy the hot springs in the morning since we needed to check out after breakfast. "
