"Lovely boutique hotel backing onto the A98 at Cullen and almost in the shadow of the magnificent Cullen Viaduct. Walkable in minutes to the most stunning beach and also to many scenic bays along the exciting coastal path to Findlater Castle (and further: we walked to Findlater Castle, then took a taxi back to the hotel). Wonderful restaurant downstairs. Perfect cooked-to-order breakfasts. The most kind and helpful staff that we met on our holiday. Cullen is a beautiful place and the hotel staff here were extremely welcoming."

"Easy entry system. Well cared for property and modern with pleasant entrance and stairway to room. Room was large and modern with well maintained furnishings. Bathroom was obviously new with a shower over bath and plenty of hot water, although our preference would be a walk in shower. We thought that the mattresses were a little on the hard side for us though with heavy duvets more suited to colder weather. We were lucky to have warm weather and the room was very warm. There was no mirror in the bedroom only in the bathroom which was a bit frustrating at times, but overall a nice bright room with plenty of wardrobe and drawer space also a desk come dressing table although didn’t use it as no mirror. We sat out for a while on the little decking area and enjoyed watching the golfers and the sea views. Our booking included breakfast at The Firth Hotel in the main part of Lossiemouth so had to drive there in the morning, hot breakfast was made to order and there was also fresh fruit and yogurt available which I enjoyed. Pleasant staff in both the Firth and Poseidon so an enjoyable stay."

"I had a really perfect stay at the cottage. The property itself is well equipped and really homely and the location is just amazing. Watched the dolphins right from the house, saw amazing sunsets and dipped in the sea at the cove. One of the nicest places I’ve stayed."

"The front desk is very accommodating and the hotel seems to be buzzing with bridal events. Room was super clean and cozy. Breakfast service was excellent. Having a hot meal was absolutely superb... can't believe it was included! Too bad we only stayed for the one night! "

"I did a last minute booking, and it was a good choice. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious. The bed was softer than I am used to, but I slept well. The shower took a couple of minutes to get hot, but once it did, it was nice. I had supper there, and it was very good, as was the made-to-order breakfast. There is a nice lounge area to sit and have a drink. Spey Beach was a short drive away, and was a nice “pebble” beach walk. "
