I was in town for a quick visit, my home was being rented so I wanted to give this area a try as I have always wanted to try it out here - it was just perfect for what I needed,. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Its a nice quiet place to stay. I will definitely let friends and family know about this condo if they are ever in need"

"This condo was very spacious - nice size rooms, a walk-in closet, and lots of storage space. The large patio facing the pool was a great place for morning coffee or an afternoon cocktail. The kitchen was well appointed with everything you needed. Check-in was a breeze. Yana was a gracious host who responded immediately to our questions. I highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a clean, quiet place in the Goodyear area."

"Our group included two moms and our three daughters. This apartment could not have been better for us, other than it was somewhat far away from where the bridal shops are. Super clean, super adorable- great set-up with bedrooms and bathrooms. We wished we could have stayed longer to really use the truly fully-stocked kitchen. Also, great communication. Would absolutely stay here again!"

"The beds and linens were good. The kitchen was clean as were the bathrooms except for the shower. It showed growing mildew and the tub definitely needs help. Also, the rug in the living room, and the fabric on the chairs really needs cleaning. The biggest problem and actual hazard, was the burned out lighting on the long, steep, narrow stairs. It was an adequate place to sleep, but not a nice place to hang out."
