"It is our annual family vacation and this year we chose to stay in Peoria Az near the baseball park. This home was laid out perfectly. Two families stayed upstairs…(4 adults and 7 kids) and we(the grandparents) enjoyed bedroom with bath on the main floor. Later in the week our adult son was able to join us and he had his own room. "My wife and I were looking for a property that would allow us to explore Surprise and the surrounding areas, and we couldn't have done any better than this one. It was close to the freeway (303 loop), but without exposing us to traffic noise. And we could explore interesting residential neighborhoods, and even walk to a handy shopping area about a mile away. We would highly recommend this property to anyone -- even families with small kids."
