"The check-in was very easy once we got thru the gate. Evidently the gate code had been changed and we weren't notified of the change but a resident opened the gate for us. Condo was very, very clean, quiet and had ample supplies. Bed was very comfortable. Our kids were supposed to join us but they were sick so we had the 3 bedroom place to ourselves. Really appreciated the washer and dryer. Didn't realize how dusty the Phoenix area is, especially when hiking. The information sheet provided...

"The property was clean with plenty of towels, extra blankets and a good variety of dishes and utensils in the kitchen. Walking distance from restaurants as well as The Wigwam (we were in town for a wedding there) beautiful area and property! "

"House was nice clean and in a safe secure area. We would have liked some drinking cups for like a soda or something. Maybe we didn't look in the right spots for them. We would stay here again."

"My fiancé and I stayed for a month and this condo was great for us. I didn't have to reach out to the owner for much, but when I did they responded right away. The community pool and hot tub are one of the nicest and cleanest I've ever seen at a resort-like community. Grocery stores, bars and restaurants are all within walking distance, and there are a ton of things to do within a 20-30 minute drive. Overall this was a great experience for us!"

"Nice condo on first level. Great location near 101. Grocery store and a few restaurants nearby. Pantry nicely stocked with staples such as salt, pepper, cinnamon, etc. Pool was heated and hot tub was relaxing. "

"Loved staying at this condo. It was perfect for my husband and I. We were in town for the Cardinals/49ers game. The location to the football stadium was perfect. You can drive or Uber there quickly. The bed was comfortable. The pool area is close to the condo. The complex is quiet and neighbors we met were very nice. Anytime I had questions for the owner she responded quickly. Would definitely stay here again. "
